PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

Upon booking a photo session you agree to the following:

1) Copyright: I, the principal client, hereby assign the unrestricted copyright to all of the images created during the photo session connected with this booking to Amy Michael, "Photographer". The photographer has unrestricted use of these images for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any reasonable retouching or alteration. I understand that I may not copy or reproduce any of the images, by any means, without prior written consent from the photographer.

2) Order Cancellation Policy: Once you have placed a purchase order, it cannot be cancelled. Please select carefully when placing your order.

YOUR INFORMATION & 3RD PARTIES

Amy Michael Photography asks for your name and email address when you fill out a general contact form, subscribe to newsletters and other specific information when making a photography booking enquiry. The information provided by you is only used to answer your enquiry. Your details may be stored on servers used by Amy Michael Photography but will never be sold or given to third parties. Occasionally Amy Michael Photography is supplied with your details (for example Facebook), we will never pass these details on to another third party.
