I'm a family photographer based in Penzance. Born and raised here, one of twelve (eight brothers, in case you were wondering). It was loud, lovely, and a little chaotic.

I left for a while. Cruise ships first, then a couple of years working at a studio in Perth, then about eighty countries with a camera over five years. It was wonderful, all of it. But coming home made it pretty obvious there really is no place like West Cornwall, and that the families and small businesses down here are worth celebrating.

So that's the work now. Family sessions, elopements, the occasional short film. If the words 'I hate having my photo taken' have ever come out of your mouth, you're in good company. I've been there too, and honestly, those are the sessions I love most. The 'photo fear' tends to melt as soon as we've got going.
